What is a Pathfinder?
Our “pathfinders” are women who provide guidance and resources to help shape our work and play.
Each woman has something she is passionate about, and experiences that she’s willing to share with other women who are passionate about those things too.
Some women may join us as long-term mentors. Others may be allies who walk alongside us for a short time to help guide a particular expedition.
Here are Some of the Women In Residence Now
Sue is a Storyteller, Adventure Diva and a Better World Scout with a passion for helping women find their own voice, and change the world, including their own.
She is the founder of “Rock Paper Estrogen” and the “Adventures with the Estrogen Army” project.
For more than 35 years she has been a passionate better world scout, working with organizations and communities around the globe to find “what works” and help them “do more of that”. She’s helped an eclectic mix of people, ranging from Hollywood producers and NHL hockey teams, to international healthcare organizations and the U.N..
Sue served as a computer columnist for 10 years at CBC Radio Canada, hosting a weekly radio show covering the ways that technology helped enrich lives and communities.
Turning 50, single again and an empty-nester, she rebooted as an “Adventure Diva” on a mission to help other women over 40 have epic adventures, even on a shoestring budget.
Linda is an Embodied Storyteller and Expressive Arts Coach.
She has been writing and performing therapeutic monologues for more than 23 years.
Linda is a published author with 35 years writing and performing experience, and 19+ years as a life skills coach.
She’s a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, St. Clair College and Coach University.
Her unique blend of entertainment and information makes every event with Linda an interactive and inspiring opportunity for growth.
Linda is a brilliant ally for our Asset Building and Storytelling programs.
